Requires registration for 2 months of Mosaic Madness.

Those interested in creating a garden sculpture to mosaic will attend this one day workshop to create our sculpture out of foam which we will then cover in concrete and mosaic in the Mosaic Madness class. The class begins with a lecture on Sep. 29th and continues for 9 weeks as well as one all day class on Oct. 3rd. This wonderful and rewarding class is only taught twice a year.

This is a great introduction to the amazing world of glass mosaic. Over 4 weeks you will create a mosaic masterpiece inside the frame of a silver tray. All materials and tools are provided for you as you embark on this great adventure. Returning students are coached through their own projects month to month. Come join the fun. $120

Mosaics 101

Dying to learn to mosaic but in a hurry? This is an quick way to learn everything you need to be a great mosaic artist. We learn all about tiles, glass, surfaces, adhesives, grouts, etc. and you end up with a beautiful mosaic piece. This class is offered in a two-day format only twice a year. Come for a great weekend of creativity and fun. $145

This class covers a wide range of skills. Not only do we use mosaicking techniques we also learn about bench and stepping stone molds, concretes, and other exterior mosaic projects. All tools and materials are provided. Spruce up your yard for spring with this amazing project! $210

Garden Stepping Stone


Come spend the day with family or to treat yourself making a large mosaic stepping stone. All glass and tools are provided as well as guidance to creating a 14" garden piece that is a great gift (Mother's Day) or just for you. Glass is laid on that day and cement is poured. Pieces are picked up on Monday. Fun for everyone. $75

Hand Built Decorative Pottery-Native American Pottery

This course will emphasize the classic traditon of hand building and hand coiled pottery making as practiced by Native Americans and other cultures from around the world. The session will consist of surface decorating utilizing various slips, underglazes and highfire glazes. Although an emphasis on Native American techniques will be implied, students will also learn contemporary and modern techniques in construction, form and design. Through the class students will learn the basic function and familiarity of various clay bodies and will develop a good training and sense of symmetrical forms and patterns. All students will have the opportunity of developing brunished smooth pottery and will be able to decorate or paint their pieces with their own creative sense of design and freedom. All pieces will go through all the stages of development along with the final process of kiln fired, that will give each piece a functional and everlasting quality.

Melt Me - Fused Glass Fun

This a great quick opportunity to learn the basics about layering and melting glass for jewelry or to add to your mosaic art. Students will be making at least 4 small projects during class to be picked up the next day. $60

Unique Tableware Pottery

Would you like to have your own unique tablewares and use them for your everyday
life? This class is designed for anyone who is willing to experience and develop his/her talent through clay. The students will learn hand-building and wheel-throwing techniques and have fun making their own functional and decorative pottery.
